Adrian Pancucci, ORSCC

Adrian combines over 20 years experience and expertise in ommunications, adult learning and team and organisational development. He creates and facilitates change and development
programmes for executives, senior managers and leadership teams and for organisation-wide culture change and development initiatives.

Based in London and working internationally, Adrian has been consulting since 1999. Prior to this, he worked as a sports journalist for a London agency and then managed and developed the
media and public relations function for a non-profit making company between 1993 and 1999. Operating initially as a communications consultant, he established his own consultancy in 2002.

Recent clients include a multinational electronics and electrical engineering conglomerate, a funding institution owned by European Union member states, a global shipping services company, a multinational mobile phone provider, and leadership and senior management teams in UK public, private and non-profit companies.

As well as being ORSC Certified and a member of the CRR Global faculty, Adrian also trained as a professional one-to-one coach with the Coaches Training Institute and he is a graduate of CTI's flagship Leadership Programme. Adrian is certified to deploy the Team Diagnostic Assessment team analysis and development framework, the MiRo psychometric assessment and the Leadership Circle Profile 360-degree feedback, leadership assessment and development tool.
