Kelly Simmons, ORSCC
Kelly has developed her career in multi-national organizations working with multi-cultural teams. She started as a manufacturing and supply chain engineer, leading projects and teams in North and South American and Asia.
She has lived and worked in the United States, Mexico, France and Spain. Her work with Systems as an Engineer has provided the texture and content of her dramatic shift in bringing this metaphor to greater visibility in the area of organizational and Leadership transformation.
It’s Kelly’s life work to empower teams to meet the challenge of sustainability, learning, managing change and innovation.
Today’s challenges require a paradigmatic shift in perception from that of an individualist model to that of a Systems model. What Kelly loves about the ORSC model is that it works to do that, and allows people who work with the model to learn how to enter into Systems, and to provide the necessary stimulus, education and empowerment to unleash and enable their evolution.
