Kira McGovern, CPCC, PCC, ORSCC

Kira comes to coaching with 15 years experience in start-up, change management and business development in both the private and social sectors. As Founding Executive Director of Giving New England, Kira McGovern led an entrepreneurial initiative to leverage new economy resources for social profit.

Under Kira's direction, Giving New England emerged as an innovative leader in the field of venture philanthropy, and was featured in Kiplinger's, The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, National Public Radio and Women's Business.

During Kira's seven-year tenure as Vice President of Impact Boston, a consulting firm specializing in Strategies for Safe Living, IMPACT gained national recognition as an innovative industry leader, and was featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio, and The Boston Globe.

Kira was also co-founder of the LiveSafe Foundation, IMPACT's nonprofit partner, where she served as board president and trustee for 5 years.

Kira’s area of specialty is with work relationships wanting to improve communication, collaboration and creativity, couples who want to consciously and intentionally design their relationship, and improve their resiliency in the face of challenges, and executives who want to improve their relationship and leadership skills.
