Nina Simonds, CPCC, ORSCC, PCC

Executive coach, facilitator and trainer, Nina has expertise in leadership development, organizational and relationship systems, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness. Nina has a proven track record in coaching and developing managers and executives for Fortune 500 companies including State Farm, McDonald’s USA, Microsoft, and many others.

After a successful career in sales and product management in college publishing, Nina left corporate life to pursue her interest in leadership and team development. She has designed and facilitated a variety of coaching and training programs with outcomes ranging from developing up and coming leaders to building trust within a cross-functional team. Nina is passionate about helping people thrive in the workplace. Her work is based on the belief that increasing emotional and relationship intelligence helps leaders and teams achieve more with less effort.

Nina is a certified Professional Co-active Coach and has achieved the designation of Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She teaches systems coaching skills internationally for CRR Global and holds an MA from the University of Chicago. Nina has expertise in several assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Enneagram and is certified in The Leadership Circle.
