Coach Training Courses
CRR Global provides advanced training for coaches, consultants, therapists and organizational development professionals. The ORSC curriculum is the only relationship systems-focused ICF accredited coach training program. And as such, it is now possible to complete either an ACC or PCC credential through the ORSC Coach Training Series.

Every student begins in one of two courses, Fundamentals or Organization & Relationship Systems at Work. Both are based on the same set of skills and principles. Fundamentals is geared more toward personal coaching, therapy, and social work applications. Organization & Relationship Systems at Work has been designed for OD, Human Resource, business coaching and consulting applications.
|This two-day course explores a ground breaking model for coaching teams, families, couples, and organizations, ORSC. It is the first course in the ORSC series. 12 CCEUs|
|This two-day also explores the ORSC model, and is a business-focused version of ORSC Fundamentals. It too can serve as the first course in the ORSC series. 12 CCEUs|
CRR Global provides a line of advanced and supplementary coaching courses, many of which are based on the ORSC model.
|Based on the ORSC model, Alchemy is a three-day course designed for pairs that: co-facilitate, co-train, co-present or co-coach.|
Once students have completed an introductory course (Fundamentals or ORS @ Work), they can register for the series, or the first course in the series, Intelligence. The courses must be taken in order as each one builds upon the previous course.

|This three-day course is third in the ORSC series, and explores how to recognize and nurture the structures of relationships. 18 CCEUs|
|This three-day course, fourth in the ORSC series, focuses on partnerships as a creative force, while exploring how to create a shared vision and a strategic plan for achieving that vision. 18 CCEUs|
|This three-day course, fifth in the ORSC series, enables students to practice and integrate the numerous skills and tools they've learned throughout the series. Practice. Practice. Practice. . 18 CCEUs|
